Typically, the name Mercedes-Benz has always been associated with luxury sedan or SUV that is elegant, yet there has never been a pick-up double cabin bearing of the Three Pointed Star.
Reportedly it will change, because soon the German manufacturer will launch a double cabin pick-up for the first time.
Most likely, the Mercedes-Benz models which will be named GLT-Class or X-Class will be unveiled on 25 October in Sweden
The New Mercedes Pickup will share the base with the Nissan Navara, so it will be head to head with Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Strada, and all kinds of brands of pick-up double cabin class.
Mercedes-Benz pickup concept has been introduced in the form of a teaser will be very similar to the Nissan Navara.
Four-door pickup, with a more luxurious design view, it seems this model will retain of Mercedes-Benz characteristic with the headlights like SUV.
Engine reportedly will carry the same engine as that offered by the Navara. Namely gasoline engine 2.5-liter petrol, 2.3-liter diesel engine, and the 3.0-liter V6 engine.
Finally, this model will be marketed in Latin America, Australia and South Africa. But it is not clear yet will come introduced in Asia.
