MotoGP teams conducted experiments using a new type of winglet in MotoGP in 2017. Winglet still an interesting conversation in MotoGP this season. The whole team was doing development to improve the aerodynamics of the motorcycle. Some manufacturers implement new innovations in the motor fairing for embedding a new type of winglet.
The use of a new type of wing that used several MotoGP teams about the rules issued by Dorna this season. As is known, the organizer of the most popular motor racing announced new rules regarding the winglet.

Another team that also follows the Yamaha was Aprilia. The Italian manufacturer is pinning the new type of winglet fairing blends with the top. Little wing design it looks similar to the lips on the bumper cars.
The new rules related winglet can not make MotoGP teams lose creativity. Proved they were able to get around the Dorna's new regulations. The level of aerodynamic motorcycles became the focus of the entire team in MotoGP since the last few years.
